NEITHER finmine.com, NOR ANY OF THEIR AFFILIATED OR RELATED COMPANIES, NOR ANY OF THE OPERATORS, STAFF, AGENTS, CONTENT PROVIDERS, MODERATORS OR LICENSORS OF ANY OF THEM, MAKES ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY OF ANY KIND REGARDING finmine.com, THE CONTENT, ANY ADVERTISING MATERIAL, INFORMATION, PRODUCTS OR SERVICES AVAILABLE ON OR THROUGH finmine.com, AND/OR THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM USE OF finmine.com OR SUCH CONTENT OR SERVICES. ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WARRANTIES AGAINST INFRINGEMENT, AND WARRANTIES finmine.com WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR FREE, ARE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMED.
1. Important Information
By joining the Minecraft Finmine server you agree to abide by all Server Rules, this Terms of Service, and the direction of the Minecraft Finmine Staff (“Staff” is defined as: Creator, Archwizard, Wizard, Masters, and Apprentices).
2. Server Administrators and Staff
All Minecraft Finmine Staff retain the right to kick, ban, or close access to any or all users of the server and related services at any time without warning. The Staff also retains the right to modify these Terms of Service, Server Rules, datafiles, inventories, and anything created within the Minecraft server without prior warning and are not bound to them.
Players found violating the Terms of Service may find their accounts or IP addresses restricted or eliminated from Minecraft Finmine server and related websites. This includes, but not limited to, finmine.com and Minecraft Finmine Teamspeak.
The Minecraft Finmine is not bound by the rules set in place for the governing of the server.
3. Account Access
Access to the Minecraft Finmine Minecraft server, teamspeak server, website, and all other related services is given to the holder of the account used. This account holder is held responsible for any and all actions of the account whether or not they were made by the account holder or a third party.
4. Donations
Minecraft Finmine is a free-to-play server and donations are completely optional. By donating to Minecraft Finmine, you agree to the Terms of Service and this action does not give you authority or power above the Terms of Service. User must acknowledge that he/she is 18 years or older. A repayment of your donation will not be made under any circumstances. (ban, quitting, etc.)
5. Disallowed Activity
By joining Minecraft Finmine server or creating an account on any related website, you agree NOT TO:
- use, or encourage others to use, Minecraft Finmine’s minecraft server or related websites for any illegal purpose;
- impersonate any Minecraft Finmine Staff member or regular member in the game or on any other web site;
- make unsolicited or inappropriate offers, advertisements or proposals for goods, services or other commercial activities that are not related to Minecraft Finmine server;
- interfere with any security-related features of Minecraft Finmine Minecraft server or related websites;
- engage in any other conduct prohibited by Staff and or Rules;
- release or distribute server access information without Staff consent;
6. Violations and Disciplinary Methods
Any violations of the Terms Of Use and Server Rules will be subject to disciplinary measures that includes, but are not limited to, warnings, kicks, bans, and other methods as seen fit.
