hello is is me 25shadow again i got baned on valentines day by zsfwaw1 because MacWS21 told them that i did the following things but they have not been proven:
1. GRIEFING the Village I MADE
2. attempting to grief the village I MADE
3. going on my best friends account which i would never do
4. trying to remove MacWS21 and PinkiePieFox from MY village because i was not allowed in their castle but they are allowed in MY VILLAGE.

I do know that number four can be proven but the others i swear i would not do anything like that

and my age is 15

also because i am permitly banned they r destroyin my house and took all my stuff i know this because MacWS21 is telling me this on skype

This dispute will have to be resolved by zsfwaw as he's the one who did the banning. Without his say into the matter, it cannot be fully resolved.

also i think he banned me because my dad turned my power off when i was talking to him

Beh, Is this the same argument that was going on a week ago? Because from what I saw no one griefed, just a simple miss under standing between your villagers.

I would unban you, but I'm not sure if zsfwaw has found other evidence of grief.

4.) This is proven. You were trying to remove them from your town. But, since you 3 had become enemies because of a small edited / improved melon pumpkin farm. I denied removing anyone from the region. Further more, It's great that they have permission to your town and helping build it, but that doesn't mean they need to give you permission to their castle.

If you truly want them removed still, I can make it so they only have access to their plot. So, If you are not already unbanned, I can help you when I get home from school. (If zsfwaw is on)

Hey if anyone actually see's this i would like to argue against this cause. For a start all of this has been proven because the admins have blocked checked all 3 of the times we claimed he was griefing and it was 25shadow who did it. Also the village does not just belong to 25shadow we share it and we are a group of friends who lived happily until mysteriousness griefings occurred. At first we ignored it but then it just became annoying so we called the admins. This happened three times and all of these times the admins said it was 25shadow. Me (Macws21) and my friend (Pinkiepiefox) were the main victims of these griefings so we decided to make a fort which only aloud us to have build rights. This seemed logical because it aloud us to stay out the way of 25shadow in case he has one of his "greedy" outbursts. This is when 25 suddenly gets angry at someone, and claims the village for himself and says he built everything but he ignores the fact that the villagers built nearly half of the town. 25 then gets annoyed and takes it out by griefing. He then felt "left out" because we weren't allowing him in the fort, so to get his own back he kicked me and pinkiepiefox from the village we were living in, even though we had built a nice home and had lived there for a long time. I tried negotiating with 25 but he didn't listen. An admin then got involved and we told him the story. He looked back at 25's previous bannings and decided that 25 should now have a perm ban. The final thing i have to complain about is that when we removed 25shadow from the village permissions (after a vote with all the village members and victims of griefing by 25shadow) 25 said that we should have a re-vote. This was hardly fair as only myself, pinkiepiefox and 25 shadow were on and no other village members were. 25shadow knew he would loose because we would obviously say no to letting him back in, so he decided to "borrow" his friends account (shady8rulez). Shady did not give 25 his password so he must have got it from somewhere. We know it was 25shadow due to the fact that shady had a computer virus which he told me during the school day and that he couldn't come on for a while. we also know it was him and not a "hacker" because he knew all our names and were the village was. Therefore shady (or 25 using his account) voted for 25shadow. This made the vote two two but the_COOKIE96 (shady's friend) saw shady vote and decided to help him out therefor making the vote three two to 25shadow. this was also unfair because the other village members were not on, therefore couldn't vote but the vote took place anyway and obviously 25Shadow won allowing him back into the village to cause more disharmony and chaos which he did.

At first u had told me u wanted me to remove pinkie and mac from ur village , did not do see because i was unable to get a good response or a good reason, same for u being added to the castle.. *Skip ahead maybe an hour or 2* Macsw says in /g "HELP!! Shadow is greifing" me and maxwell jay immediately tped to u and saw u greifing, which was a minor greif. I then decided to gather 25shadow,macsw, and pinkie pie fax to get the facts straight and figure out why u were doing this. You were ignoring me and running away, pinkie pie and macsw were cooperating. I told u repeatedly to leave /ch g and join /ch l but u ignored me. you however did /tell me which is fine. But i couldn't get any responses from u and all i got was i wont talk to them. Then i got a /tell from sluttershy saying don't give him what he wants. i said what ? he then told me how u had 3 tempbans , does not have full owner ship of the village u said and i quote from sluttershy "I'm Doing this for Fun". I am not sure if this is true or not but i know sluttershy and he is not a liar.I then received more evidence from macsw and pinkiepie fox of things u have done. you ignored me and wouldn't give me any details. I was unaware of your "computer crashing" I apologize for this and didn't want it to end this way. I leave the final decision with higher ranked staff

zsdwaw mac might of said i was griefing but i was doin wht he dose to get in my house by removing the wood next to the door and so i was only doig wht he dose to me and i put the stuff back

well mac i A. did not go on shadys account and B. you did not wait till everyone was on before you voted me out

also when they block checked it might of say my name but that dosen't prove i griefed because i build most of the village

I don't really know what to say here since you all have put quite much effort in that village you have there. So if you ask my opinion I'd say the best way to solve this is to someone to move out of the village (probably your going to vote against mac and pinkie and mac and pinkie will vote against you). But if this isn't an option then do separate protections to your buildings so only people allowed to use it could modify them (I guess these preparation has been already done?).

Unfortunately I can't think any better way to do this if you can't get in understanding of each others...
